Fully trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for treating PTSD and trauma-related symptoms.

Extensive experience in coping skills training utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Families (EFFT)
Integration of Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) techniques to strengthen connection and collaboration when working with families.

A typical session is 60 minutes.
During an intake session, we will discuss what is bringing you into therapy, review your personal and health history, complete safety and symptom assessments and discuss goals you have for treatment.
There is a fee of $100 for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment and for no-show appointments.
At this time I only offer telehealth therapy, however in-person therapy is something I am working on being able to offer.
